Hello,

I’m a patient person and do my share of research before making a decision. I just put in a hot tub and my electricity bill was going up! So I decided to look into Solar Panels Systems.

I contacted 4 different Solar Panel companies for their estimates.

North Coast’s Solar Inc. came over to explain how their Solar Panel system works and took his time to answer any questions that I had (which at the time wasn’t a lot), this meeting was not a ‘high’ pressure sales pitch at all but just 2 people having a conversation. From that I got a better understanding how the Solar Panel System works and I did some more research, which raised more questions, which North Coast answered. He was very patient and did an excellent job in explaining is to where I could understand. The research that I did on the equipment that North Coast uses in regards of the Solar Panels and Micro Inverters are highly rated equipment.

The other Solar company wanted me to install more Solar Panels which would create excessive amount of electricity and sell it back to the Electric company, you only get back 50 cents of every dollar you sent back to the Electric Company plus needing more Solar panels to be installed which means a higher price, that didn’t make sense to me. North Coast did a very job in explaining how many Solar Panels would be needed for my situation and why.

The other 2 Solar companies had the same concept as North Coast but with a 25%- 33% mark up.

I called on 2 References from North Coast previous installs, both customers were very pleased with the Solar System they got. One reference was actually my nephew, which I didn’t know he even had the install, he was very pleased and the other reference was an IT person (which works with computers, servers, data and so on), which is the same line of work I use to do (I'm retired now). So with these 2 very positive references along with the patience, sharing of knowledge from North Coast, that made it a lot easier and confident in my decision.

The scheduling and install went very smooth. I had this system for 3 months now and very happy with my decision.
